Theory: haematoxylin staining solution is alkali, and is mainly used to stain chromatin in mesoplast and ribosome in cytoplasm with bluish violet color; eosin is an acid dye, which is mainly used to stain compositions in cytoplasm and ground substance outside cell with red color. Normal tissue change and tissue products can be embodied through this staining method, which is the most commonly used method in morphology.

Range of indications: cell picture, frozen section, paraffin section sample and tissue chemical mesoplast after-stain sample, scope of application includes various tissue slices and smears.

In comparison with the present staining technology, the main advantages include the followings:
